Location: This is not a remote position and may be based at one of our community branch locations; Basin, Worland, or Sheridan.

Qualifications & Compensation:
Qualified candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. We offer a competitive wage starting at $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

• Evaluate financial statements and credit data to support sound lending decisions.
• Work closely with loan officers to understand our customers’ stories — not just their spreadsheets.
• Contribute to the bank’s growth while supporting the success of our communities.
