About the Role

The CFO serves as the Bank’s lead financial executive, working closely with the President/CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management. This role oversees all financial, accounting, and operational functions, providing strategic leadership that supports long‑term organizational strength and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide financial strategy, planning, and performance
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking laws and regulations
  • Lead operational and financial risk management
  • Leadership of accounting, finance, and operations staff
  • Partner with executive leadership to support organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of senior‑level experience within a financial institution
  • Strong background in accounting, finance, and bank operations
  • Proven management and supervisory experience
  • Advanced knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and accounting procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
