Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective business clients
- Solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service
- Assesses customer needs and recommends effective strategies
- Contributes to the Bank’s deposit growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of treasury management products and services
- Works closely with Commercial Lenders and Trust Officers in attaining customer sales goals
- Attains established individual, department and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs
Qualifications:
- Three years of related experience with treasury management sales, support, and business development experience in the financial services industry
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience or knowledge in cost and profitability analysis
- Intermediate knowledge of related bank compliance regulations, bank products and services
- Advanced computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business field preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to achieve maximum productivity
